If you aren't planning to overclock the stock HSF will probably do just fine. I'd prefer the Samsung 223 over the Sony, rest just fine.

Overall, it looks good to go, just make sure that when you install OS, go with the 64bit version....
Edited because of $%#@ typo!

Thanks,
I don't plan to over-clock so you think I'd be fine with the stock Heatsink?
Are there any issue with the some of the old software and going 64 bit?
(i.e., Office 2003, games)
Also, my Anti-virus sweet (Trend Micro)is expiring this week, thinking about changing. Any good suggestions? Anyone going the free route?

You can try out AVG 9.0 Free, I have it in one of my rigs and it seems to be doing a good job. IF I were to get a retail AV software package, I'd look at Kaspersky AV, they have a pretty good 1yr subscription for 3 PC's package that I like.

(i.e., Office 2003, games) If they are 32-bit based you won't have a problem.
Also, my Anti-virus sweet (Trend Micro)is expiring this week, thinking about changing. Any good suggestions? Anyone going the free route? Dump that crap, get MS Security Essentials, free download
