Talked to AMD-ATI today
They told me that the 5850`s and the 5870`s should be in stock in 2 to 3 weeks. Just thought i would pass it on.

Why are we still calling them AMD-ATi? It's AMD now, ATi is gone and dead, they're just a brand.
I'm not buying anything until GT300 boards are out, which might be quite awhile. Still, my GTX 275 is doing me just fine and I don't see a need for a 5870 or 5970 at this point in time.
