Wiping out/converting the erroneous Geth

Was more useful in protecting the galaxy than

Destroying the collector base and preventing one extra reaper from joining the fleet. The boss battle felt tossed in and irrelevant, and while taking out the base was cool, it just didn't have the same feel as defending the citadel and destroying a reaper.
