yeah i'm loading at about 58 C
but i over did the TIM and i can switche the fans to pull air into mycase through the rad instead of using case air to cool it

Anything Else = WinXP x32

Ah, OK then. Use the grain of rice in the middle of the Heat Spreader method. The thin layer method causes air bubbles. When I find the uTube video I'll give ya the link.

i got a really hot 1055t
and think my southbridge is going out also, but its been going for about a year now lol

on im starting to think the board can't handle the extra load.
when you overclock these things they go from about 125 watts to 260ish or higher

finally got it stable at 3.85
but its definitely the board and ram that are screwing it up
@ XS there are only 3 1055t's that hit 4.0 in the chart with a 790 FX board

that puppy is already under water. it has to be the board holding me back. cause i was playing around in bios, turned cpu spread spectrum off and now it loads at 51C
i think im gonna pull the board this weekend and put some new thermal paste on it.
