Also I went ahead and created a character for Astros Fan since he is too cool to create his own. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/91198/Temp/Thaldon.dnd4e

    We have 2 clerics?
If we hit that bull's eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

Yep, seems that way. I asked Astro if he'd rather play something like an Ardent but he insisted on being a Cleric.

Having two clerics isn't necessarily a problem.

I didn't look at them, but if they are different build options, they will play differently...potentially very differently. And the power selection options means that they can give a wide variety of benefits to the party if they plan things out with each other a little.
Current Computer (always a work in progress):
    Cooler Master HAF 922 Case / Corsair Enthusiast Series 650-Watt / i5-2500K / GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 /PNY XLR8 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 / eVGA GTX 560 Ti DS Superclocked 1024 MB / ARCTIC COOLING ACALP11-GT-R2 / Frozen CPU Prolimatech PK-1 Nano Aluminum Thermal Compound / Crucial 128 GB m4 SSD / 1 TB Seagate / 1 TB WD Blue / Samsung SyncMaster 2494 LCD / Samsung SyncMaster 204b LCD

Fun times today and everyone survived even though there were only 3 people in the party!

So does Sunday sound good for everyone for the next session? Anyone who didn't make it this time, please feel free to join us the next time we play or any time after that; all you need is a character and an idea for who that character is.

    EDIT:

Just a reminder, everyone gained 20gp each, 266xp each and either Timman or Taggart has a hollow skull full of some sort of sludge.

I really enjoyed myself and updated my character sheet already. I even made a folder to put the sheet, my image, and my token into in the dropbox. I look forward to next weekend.

Thank you for running things Kamakazie. It was a blast. Keep up the good work.

Total success! Was a great time and we need more folks, so don't be afraid to jump in with us. Also, if Astro's build is close to mine, I don't mind changing roles. A few other classes will still be in line with my background.
    PC: Corsair 550D
    4280k | Asus Rampage Gene | Mushkin 4x4GB | EVGA 780
    Intel 120GB SSD + 2TB Seagate | Seasonic 660 Plat
    2x Alphacool XT45 | Laing DDC | Bitspower

    Currently playing: Civ 5
    Last Game Beaten: Walking Dead

I'm really glad you had fun! Astro mentioned that he might not be able to make the commitment, and I also made sure his character was spec'd very differently from yours, so don't worry about changing unless you're not having fun with the current char.

I also want to say... I'm kinda strict about retraining so once we get started for real I'm not gonna let you change your character's abilities/powers/skills/equipment past what the written rules permit. Think of this dungeon as the trial; if you want to change things while in here that is fine, but once you get out, you're committed! Gear will need to be bought from a merchant that is selling what you want or acquired in quests, you can only retrain a skill, power or feat when you level (and only one per level), and no gender swaps unless you work it into the story.

Had an awesome time. Thanks kama for setting it up! Looking forward to next week. . My gaol will be to incorporate crazy athletic based daredevil moves into my attacks.

I can't make Sundays, so I guess I'm out of the game entirely.

    Was a fun idea, though!

I don't think everyone is hard set on Sundays. From my understanding, it just so happens that it works out that way for the next session. I could be wrong though.

At this point, the first two sessions have been scheduled against my ability to arrive. In the future, I don't expect my schedule to be taken into consideration when it comes to scheduling sessions.

That being said, I'm not particularly looking to get my hopes up if the days the game happens are going to change around so much. If there's a good chance I won't be able to make a large amount of the game, why play?

I'm pretty sure we had already had this discussion:
I generally work Thurs-Mon, and leave at noon CST and get home at like 9 PM or so.
