    Certainly is, I didnt know the crappy hack excuse for AV called McAfee could be worth anything near that!

    Supposedly they bought it to integrate hardware AV on their CPUs and/or to add instructions for accelerating software AV. Considering what McAfee charges, maybe it was just cheaper to buy them than to get a site license?

    Or, better, maybe Intel just wanted to get McAfee off the market so people would stop thinking their new i7 systems are slow. If they buy Norton next week we'll know why... /dreaming
