It looks like one of several anti-malware apps I installed on my mother's system deleted this program, after presenting to her a dialog box for confirmation. I checked and the executable is indeed gone, so to bring it back will require a new install. The question is- is it malware? Or was it possibly infected by other malware? Why was it deleted? Does Weatherbug have some bad properties?
