Samsung, using the "**** it, I'm not in it this time to save money" rule. 
First computer I've really bought since I graduated college and had some disposable income (got one about 3 or 4 months in, but was still in poor college student mode then). Ultimately I just decided to spend the extra $100 or so on the Samsung for the slightly better quality.
I have no doubts I could have got the ASUS and been totally happy with it. I'm just on a bit of a spending binge lately. I've been saving money for years, time to splurge.

I don't even care about DNF anymore. There's no way it will be as good as anyone thinks it will. It'll be like going to the movie theater to see "Phantom Menace" on opening day.
