Steam won't let you buy Borderlands: GOTY if you already purchased Borderlands. It says you've already bought the game and won't let the transaction go through.

Guess I'm paying full price for the expansions.
    Would a gift work?

The expansions are also on sale right now. You can get all of them for the same price as the GotY package

I played it some yesterday and can definitely see the appeal. I can't figure out how to play the dlc though. I have blown myself up quite a few times. I need to macro my other mouse buttons to handle the shift click mechanic, because that is annoying and awkward. Shift left click for normal sword/gun attack and shift right click for self cast. I find myself accidentally using wasd to move and shift/r click instant death with a wwwds combo LOL.

The game is best played with other people. The funniest times are 1) accidently killing friends with poorly implemented spells and 2) pulling insane combo kills by working together.

    Me too.

Probably just due to the fun I was having with the Terraria grappling hook last night.

Just Cause 2 is an awesome game. It's so much fun to just hop on and cause mass destruction and it helps that the game world is absolutely massive.

I have never beaten the game and likely never will, but I will happily play for hours at a time just causing havoc.

    My haul:
    Quake pack
    Empire+Napoleon Complete pack
    Magicka complete pack

My son saw me playing quake Sat night and knocked me off my PC because he was completely fascinated with it. So, it led me to join quake live on my laptop and had some more nostalgic fun while he was hogging my steam account...I knew I should've bought him a copy too lol.

Hmmm, I may have to play Magicka again but use my macro buttons on my G15 to cast spells. I got too bogged down trying to remember the combos to have fun.

YES. You need to duel that kid in Quake 2 to show him how awesome gaming used to be.
