I believe so. They also have forums to help with settings for various OS options.

Yes. Here's a screenshot I took of BG1 in widescreen:

I remember trying it once with a non GOG install and never had luck. I may have to pop back in here if I can't get it working.

Another one of the great things about GoG is that they work hard to make sure the games run well, no matter how old. There will always be problems, of course, but the answer is yes, it should work natively without doing anything else.

For Torment in particular, though, I would look around for some of the widescreen mods and such. Lot of great fixes for that game.

Went ahead and bought Icewind Dale and Planescape Torment.

So far, only PS:T seems to work.

IWD loads just fine, but upon selecting "new game" it just minimizes and hangs, and task manager says it's "not responding".

I guess that solves the question of which I'm going to be playing first... :\

Just a heads-up for anyone experiencing a similar problem to what I was having above, I apparently have solved it by simply running it as Administrator. PS:T had no problem, but Icewind Dale apparently needs to be launched as admin.

Sanitarium is a very good game. In fact, it's one of the few I still have left on physical media.
