Download Google Chrome and/or Firefox and stop using IE for these sites. MS is preditory and does wierd things when they want to force you to use Outlook.

A reinstall of your computer is NOT necessary. I would use FF with the very basic plugins (no media plugins, like the audio converters, etc). Set firefox as your default browser and transfer all your bookmarks from IE. Just backup and export the bookmarks in firefox from one computer to the other.

Again, for all email bookmarks, I would use the mail.service.com (mail.yahoo, mail.gmail, etc) as they seem to work the best (for me).

Personally I avoid web interfaces for mail. Their calendar, contacts and task capabilities suck compared to Outlook 2010. A web mail interface can't be integrated with multiple accounts. I simply configure all of those web mail accounts in Outlook so I have everything in a single client.Iit is much easier and I'm aware of mail every 60 seconds rather than having to check to see if I have mail.

I get mail from dozens of accounts in Outlook 2010 each day. These accounts are from public servers such as gmail as well as from various ISP's and my own email server.
