im also excited about the vita-ps4 connectivity... it seems that lots of games will support using the vita as a controller like the wii u except with superior specs
GDDR5 is based on DDR3 and is not suited for general purpose computing. It sacrifices latency for extremely high bandwidth which is what modern GPU's are often limited by.
