That's great. What is a robo-buddy? Does it cut the pieces out for you or something? BTW, those pictures you linked showing the Kaladrax did not help the trade lol. It looks awesome!

I have a Silhouette SD model of the cutter. It is designed with scrapbookers in mind and meant for cutting out shapes for them (like a much better version of a Cricut Cutter). Not cheap, but it works great!

As for the model, you will end up seeing it anyway and so there is no point hiding how cool it is. I don't want to swindle you. On the other hand, I would definitely love to have it on my shelf instead of yours. I will even let you pick the colors that I paint it

Awesome ship! You should show a picture with all of your buildings and stuff!
If we hit that bull's eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

I have never put it all on the table at the same time. I am not sure that it would fit. Thematically, I would have a difficult time using it simultaneously (I have two pirate ships, a castle, city terrain, forest terrain, western terrain, building terrain, sewer terrain, dungeon terrain and other stuff that I am sure that I am forgetting). I have been building the stuff off and on for 5+ years.

I am pretty sure this is the same spreadsheet that I found a few days ago.

@Craig McClung: UPS came back and said we had to redo everything for Canada. Rather than lose a day, we are working the current book of US orders. We will reset Canadian orders tonight after hours and be ready to pull that trigger tomorrow.
I'm really sorry, and please know we are doing everything we can to do this so there's no screw ups.
Also, orders escalate quickly from here. Before 5 lines or 6 lines took over a day. The next US book of 1500 orders starts partway through 8 items, and closes out 9 and 10, and begins 11!
Rest Of World Book currently scheduled for Thursday if nothing else goes kablooie.

Looks like I get to wait a few more days.

Shouldn't be too painful. We've been waiting a year already

Look what I found at the door this morning!

    Woooooooooooo!

All my goodies. Look how big that Kaladrax box is compared to the others!

I put the big ones together. Kaladrax is huge. Check out Mr. Bones next to him. The Red Dragon looks like a tiny child. Cthulu is bigger than I thought he would be.

Finally unpacked them all. Took over 2 hours to get them all out of their bags! Here are some pics for ya:

I couldn't help myself, I had to pose them in scenes haha

    This cyborg gorilla is crazy.

    Afro zombie killer is funny.

    Gotta love the Mimic Chest

Kaladrax is still well detailed even though he was blown up on accident.

    The Red Dragon looks awesome.

There are some quality issues. On my Kaladrax, the torso wasn't connected perfectly.

Overall, I am very impressed and am super happy that I was able to get in on the Kickstarter. I didn't realize physically how many minis I would be getting. Throwing numbers around on a forum gets abstract, but once you get your hands on these its incredible how much value there is here. Where else could you fill an entire table with minis for ~$130?!?

Can't wait to start painting. I think I'm going to wash them with soapy water like Tag and I were talking about several months ago first. Then I'll pick out a few to work with.

What are you using as a case holder? I was considering a large tackle box.

I don't know yet. Doesn't really matter until I paint them. They are made of soft plastic, so they won't break. You can throw them and they will be fine.
