Try to not let them sit on the heat source. Boil for about 2-3 minutes. put them directly into an ice bath for another 2-3 minutes. They will "bounce back" to factory shape. Most of them don't even require you to force a position. It is easier than you would think. Make sure and wash again afterward since it will activate some residue.

That worked! I had 3 with issues and had to manually bend the bat swarm piece after boiling because it still was unevenly balanced. Thanks for the tip!
If we hit that bull's eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.
Was debating using a tackle box or plano storage boxes. Opted for the tackle box because I only have to open one thing and I have everything at my finger tips. Player minis are on one side and DM NPC and mobs are on the other. I even have room for markers and a deeper bottom for the large figs.

I try to play as often as I can which typically equates to having friends over 2-3 times a month. Lately, this is less because I had a son on the 4th of this month.
I have become kind of a collector too, though. It is kind of a side effect and really ends up as a vicious cycle (more games to play with friends, more friends over to play said games).
Also, the boiling/ice technique worked great. My owl bear can finally stand! I went ahead and did probably half of them through the boil/ice. I had a lot that were bent.
I went to walmart to look for a tackle box and ended up coming home empty handed. I couldn't decide. I think I'll delay a little bit and wait until I have a few painted to figure out how to organize them. The boil/ice straightened out all the swords for me. I had one sword that was doing a 180, and its perfectly fine now.
I got my tackle box from walmart for $25. I like that i only have to poen one thing to access everything. The plano boxes are nice, but I think they are cumbersome to manage during play.

Everything has been dry-fitted and inventoried. I have an extra set of four Nova guys and am short a couple of other figures. All-in-all not too bad of an accuracy in my opinion.
