Good to know. I'm currently using a spray primer that I got as part of a starter kit from The Army Painter.

Nice model. That's the hard part about metal, all the little imperfections. I might be up for some painting later tonight.

Looks good! Looking to buy an air compressor and paint nozzle. I figure I might start practicing in the next 2 to 3 months.

Anyone get a shipping notification from Reaper yet? They started going out, but I haven't gotten anything. I think people that had extras are going to go out last

I collected and painted lead AD&D figures back in the day. This thread brought a smile to my face.

Sorry no pics, I gave all of them to my friend back in 1983 when I went in the Army.

Feeling kinda old right now lol

Reaper is shipping least to most complicated with a nine day break for their annual ReaperCon (starting this Tuesday). Last I heard, they were onto Vampire+Paints+Cases+Minimal/Small sized extras. People like me that ordered larger add ons will be expecting tracking info in early May. Remember to be extra patient with this one. They are shipping out 18,000+ orders. Speeding things up too fast would be an insane headache in correcting orders.

I got vampire + paints + tons of addons so I'll be dead last haha. I don't mind, we've waited half a year anyway. I'm happy they are able to do some of the models in the states now.

Speaking of mini kickstarters, anyone else in on this one?: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...asy-miniatures

The Kraken looks great and the Netherworld level just keeps getting better. Another few thousand and it will yield a free Huge plant mini that I would LOVE to have.

Finally finished my first set. Came out okay and I think I did pretty well considering it was my first time. I definitely learned alot from this! The camera doesn't do them justice.
