get rid of autoquote

Hey sharky, SharkyExtreme and SharkyForums rock, but in SharkyForums, could you get rid of how whenever I try to reply to a Comment, the previous Guy's comment is already quoted. I rarely use quotes, and i am sure most people will agree that SharkyForums whould be better off without it.

You can just hit the big reply buttons at the top and bottom. The big blue ones.. that should solve it for you. When you do that it won't reply "with quotes".
