    the real question is...

    what exactly does it take to become an admin?

    As for moderators, we tend to look for people who fit well within the forums they will moderate. These people do not have to share our oppinions, or be perfect in any way. At the same time, they do have to have a passion for helping people. Post count hardly means anything. Personally, i dont have a ton of posts, but if you check, most of my posts are long.

    If you ask Housen, you will get a totally different answer as to what he looks for in mods.
