Abit KT7 Bios Question

When i set bios to Normal from Optimal
I always get this thing when u reboot your computer it monitor doesnt start normaly and u have to power OFF to and start again to start computer
It only happens when i set to Normal setting in bios
I flashed bios couple of times, but it didn't help
