    Post sisoft sandra scores

hey guys, I was messing with my fsb, and came up w/ this..sorry I don't know how to put the pics up.. here's the numbers

    cpu- 10x100 2781/1380 10x104 2862/1397
    mem- 143 2-2-2 457/539 143 2-2-2 389/447

the cpu scores went up with oc' but why would the mem scores drop w/ mem at same setting? this is a 900 tbird w/a7v..I think the chip maxes at 1040, 1050 not stable

You could do what I did. Merely take the screenshots and post them on a free space.

I assume you know about using the print screen method.

Are you sure you were still at 2-2-2? Perhaps with your FSB at 104, your BIOS set it back to 3-2-2? Or slower? How are you determining speed? Hard set? Or SPD?

    Good point!
Those memory scores should not have dropped by raising the FSB.

That's odd. Did you run the tests at least 2-3 times? I never trust a bench until I run it 3 times cause there is too much variability. I assume you doublechecked to make sure nothing was going on in the background when you did the test @104FSB? That's a big drop, though. Even dropping to Cas3 shouldn't produce a drop that big.

Apparently the code is such that you can just type the site: www.whatever.com

Or to do it properly enclose url=www.whatever.com in []brackets and use [/url] to turn it off. Just put the text you want to link on in between.

Also, that board will set your RAM back to 100MHz if you fail to post sometimes. I know you said you checked it, but take a look at your BIOS again and reassure yourself that on the Advanced page the RAM is set to 133MHz instead of 100MHz.

ok never mind all of this,,I figured out what happened..the system was not set to optimal performance..now the numbers are up much better...even though I don't think they are that great..compared to sapasion's anyway..

It seems to me that as good as crucial or micron ram are, that Mosel whether as Mushkin or memman or whatever gives higher benchmarks at the same FSB and cas settings.

For example my own memory benchs are much higher than these: http://www.extremeoverclocking.com/r...lot1-P3_3.html

    my 900@1004 screenshots

If you'll reply to this, you'll see the UBB codes that enabled this. I think that'll answer your question.
