    Unhappy Nonfunctional KT7A Multipliers

    Hi everyone,
I have a KT7A-Raid that I have been ocing on and recently found that the half step multipliers (6.5, 7.5, 8.5) don't work with my bios settings tweaked. (I followed AthlonOC's KT7 Tweak guide to optimize the settings on my mobo http://www.athlonoc.com/KT7tweakGuide1.htm)

Does anyone know what setting might be causing me to lose the half-step functionality?

    Thanks

It has been unlocked and oced on 7, 7.5, and 8x multipliers at one time or another. Right now though I can only get the whole numbers to work.

I have the same problem - only whole step multipliers work. I'm afraid we're stuck with it - its just one of those quirks of the KT7A we have to put up with. You unlock all you want to no avail. Sorry I couldnt offer a solution - just letting you know that you're not alone.

Darn. It is odd though that the half step multipliers worked before tweaking and now they don't. Are you running with the default bios settings or have you tweaked them?

I have an ABIT KT7-RAID and that happened to me the first time I tried to overclock. But I went back and erased the pencil marks and went over them again and right now I'm using the 9.5x multiplier. So try and redo the L1 bridges.
