Whats wrong with my memory and Sandra?
I'm not sure why my Sandra memory benchmark score sucks so bad. Granted, I've only got two sticks of "generic micron PC133"(256MB), but they do 143 FSB without a problem. Everything seems to work just fine and fast except my dismal benchmark scores. I get scores around 173MB/s Int bandwith and 187MB/s float. The lowest reference system gets over double that. Any ideas on whats wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm that's way low.
Make sure your settings in the BIOS are maxed. 222's etc.

Unfortunately, my memory only seems to like 3-3-3. If I lower 'em to 2-2-2, my computer doesn't like to post. When it comes to life after that, my CPU appears to be a 433E. But even at 3-3-3 my scores are ridiculously low. There has to be something to bring them up to at least a PC66 level, I'm running at 143FSB. I need some advice bad.

Get new ram
Seriously for $100 you can acquire a 256 stick of something which will run a 155+ FSB at cas2.

I was afraid you'd say that. I'd love to do that but with skydiving season looming and my new car payment, I'm just gonna have to live with the lousy benchmark score I guess. I hadn't noticed a problem with any games or overall performance, so I suppose I'll just try to ignore the score for now. Thanks anyways.

are you sure 4-way interleaving is enabled?(it's a fixture on all modern boards, isn't it?) something like that may explain the low scores.

4-way interleaving? What's that? I haven't noticed anything like that in my BIOS. What should I be looking for?
