I REALLY could use you HELP!!! GF2 problem.
Ok... I got a Asus GF2 gts deluxe, and i am experiencing tearing and wierd looking white horizontal lines when playing 3d games.
I'm going crazy here!!!
I have changed every bios setting there is, and have tried 4 or 5 diffrent drivers...
(both Nvidia and Asus)
Before I had hard lockups, but after lowering the I/O voltage to 3.35v from default 3.56v i finaly got it somewhat stable.
I get tearing of polygons and flashing textures with OpenGL in UT.. This is mostly apperant at a distance.
In D3D Everything looks great except for thin white lines that show up when using a scope.
Another thing... I see a really ugly pattern when playing dark maps and with high brightness... Have i got a faulty card?
This must be common problem since i got common stuff in my computer..
Have you had this problem? If yes, what did you do to remedy it?
Got the latest VIA AGP drivers, and DX8..
And i have tried almost everything on www.geforcefaq.com
