    Post Visiontek Problem...............

I got my friend a Visiontek GF3, and in ever game, every 3d app. Every 5 or sdo seconds their will be a slowdown. In Elite Force the FPS counter goes from liek 100 to 13 or 14 then back to 100 .. int he chameleon demo every 5 or 7 seconds it will slow down (and it is not durring the chameleon texture transitions either...)

    Any Ideas?

reformat and do a clean install of windows (its always good to do this when you replace either CPU, or Videocard or mobo). backup what ever info you need to. reinstall, and download the latest OFFICIAL drivers, some demos, 3D Mark 2001, and play around with them once you get all the drivers installed
