    Question AGP video cards VS PCI video cards?

    What is the difference between AGP based video cards and PCI based video cards? Which is better? Are they equal? Tell me what you guys think and the best cards out there are!!!!! MAKE THIS THREAD BURN WITH YOUR THOUGHTS

    agp is waaaaay better than pci. pci is just plain slow when it comes to graphics these days. agp(advanced graphics port) is meant for video so it has way more bandwith than pci does. pci was good for video about 2 years ago. not now. so pretty much what im saying is: pci video cards blow unless your running them on an older computer or a computer that dosent have an agp slot and in that case it would still suck =)
    Best vid card out right now is def the Geforce 3. its the fastest out and has the best visuals of any other card. well....the radeon has some killer visuals.....

    Well, considering new mobo's come with an AGP pro slot for cards with higher voltage, I would say agp is definatetly the edge.
