Also I've got a sb live card but I've got no idea how to get my stereo to run threw all the speakers or my computer to run threw them all can u guys help. I'm not very good with this type of stuff.

I'm thinking I need a new sound card?

Go to Radio Shack and buy a converter cable
    1/8" stereo to RCA Jack.
Plug em in and run your wires.
Be careful to keep your wire runs as short as possible and not to cross any power lines/cords/cables in your run.

If you have a high end setup and a monster amp and $1000 speakers, buy corrospondingly higher quality monster cable.

You may be able to buy the LiveDrive bay box which allows you to plug RCA jacks directly.

Also, if your card has optical out and your amp has it- bingo.

no RCA jacks? what is your stereo?
Don't you have option for line-in, or unused input for ex tape, aux, or anything in your stereo (amplifier)?

There's some stereo with aux-in jack shaped like headphone one.
it depend on your stereo. if you don't even have the option, get another stereo.
