UT Expansion...

Prolly old news for some of you guys, but I just stumbled on it.

New version of Unreal Tourney coming out which has these added features:

New "Tactical Ops" mode allows you to lead an anti-terrorist team against deadly opponents…or bring them to their knees with your band of terrorists instead!

Use awesome real-world weapons in "Tactical Ops" mode like Mossenburg shotguns, HK MP5's, and sniper rifles

Intense "Rocket Arena" mode pits you in gladiator-style combat against your opponent - no extra weapons, no power-ups…just you and your opponent in a battle to the end!

"Chaos" mode brings wild new weapons including a deadly sword to slice and dice with and hilarious Proximity Mines that giggle and yell as they chase down your enemies!

Experience jaw-dropping graphics and animation without a 3D accelerator

Pounding music and sound effects bring the game to life.

Seriously, though, I saw the mpeg of the UT expansion, and although it seems they have a lot of optimizing, the graphics are definately a step up. Congratulations, Epic, for pushing ahead in the gaming world!

Very, very, very gorgeous. Watching that video felt just like watching the first released Unreal video for the first time or indeed the original Halo vid. I can't wait to see what game Epic make with this new tech.

Hey does any one know if the UT addon will (FINALLY) make use of T and L.I read that nvidia and epic were working closely together on a new project(S) could this be 1 of them??? LONG LIVE SEGA

I already played Tactical Ops for a while on UT, it's awesome. A while ago it was called Swat.
There's a 1.5 version coming out soon.

I went to the daily radar and read up on the engine imporvements, but I don't see anything on there for a new expansion.

I have the bonus pack, which had the new characters - is this what everyone is referring to?
