TCP/IP boot disk

I'm attempting to create a network boot disk that works with TCP/IP, I created one, but it didn't work quite correctly. The network card I'm using is a 3Com 3C905C-TX card. If anyone has any suggestions on how I should go about this I'd greatly appriciate it. Thanks...

there are TON of different net boot disks, and pretty good documentation.

look carefully at the very top of the window - his menu bars on the web page are VERRRRY skinny.
