    Hi, im new to the US and wanted some advice from you ppl abt which is the best and cheapest prepaid cellular service provider.and are incoming calls free in home area?..im currently in Florida...

    In NAmerica, theres no prepaid plans that will give you free incoming calls

    That's so sad....Im from pakistan actually, even the prepaid packages there have free incoming (caller pays Lol).so whats the best prepaid cellular company here
