    Unhappy Help with a Kenwood UCR-412 52x

    I'v got a Kenwood UCR-412 cd rom driver and and it works like ****. I think its going tooo fast. My question is if any one knows where i can find a driver that makes it posible to make it use only "singel beam" or where i can set the speed down.

    the kenwood drives are all defective. they are being sued over them right now. they just break very fast, have an average lifespan of 4 months.
