Post Mouse pointer on Acid in ME

My mouse (Logitech, mouseman 3, 4 buttons) is moving strange in Me. Not if i move it slow but when fast, it stops suddenly, or changes direction. Playing a shooting game like that is Quite annoying. Any solutions?

    Get a new mouse!

    well,
I've seen really weird things happen to mice when the wrong driver for them gets installed. I'd try removing the mouse and reinstalling it, maybe. Good luck.

Is that an optical mouse? If you move the optical mice too quickly, it causes "jumps" of the mouse pointer. Happens with all of them.
