What everyone else said. Look around. Read security websites. Don't expect people to do everything for you, or you will become a script kiddie, and that's bad.

I guess one way would be to get another computer (of your own, if not make sure you have permission), download the cult of the dead cow's back orrifice (sp?) tool, make sure there is no security on the other computer and see if you can learn some ways through doing it like that.

There are also books which tell you how to prevent your system from hackers, they tell you how to secure yourself, but to know how, they tell you some of the tricks.

But whatever happens, don't become a script kiddie.

Anyways... Since hacking a system generally requires illegal activities, and because the AUP says "no discussion of illegal activities", consider this thread closed. As you can tell, we here at SF don't care for hacking.
