Place to upload files for sharing online?

I have a small program I wrote and want to post the source and binary (which, when zippped, total less than 100KB). There is a small group of people that may want to download it but I can't e-mail it to them.

So, I'm looking for a reliable site that allows FTP and/or HTTP file storage (of 100K or more). Due to the fact the program is freeware, I have no intent to pay for such a file sharing service...but I would still like to make it available online. Any suggestions?

I've never used them, but I know people often use Yahoo! Briefcases to do so (not sure what you have to go through to sign up).

Most schools have some web space available for each person.

Also check with your ISP, they may be willing to host it.
