    Post HELP!!! DVD problems

    hi guys,
I need help quite badly. Whenever I eject a cd from my dvd drive, it refuses to close. I close it, and it seems to read it for three or four seconds and then pops out again, and never stops doing that while it has power. I have to forcefully hold it closed (brutal!), and then reboot (otherwise it's inaccessible). Sometimes even during reboot it pops out. It's crazy! Even if there is nothing in it, it'll pop out.
I'm thinking this is a hardware problem. Please prove me wrong!
    thanks in advance.

    Hmmmm...

Its definitely a hardware fault, send it back.
