    Post The timer in Carmageddon TDR 2000

    How does one disable the timer in Carmageddon TDR 2000 ??? I´ve searched the net, but everywhere I see "edit the options.txt file in the Assets folder. Search for the string USE_TIMER, and change the value from 1 to 0".

    BUT this does not work for me. It is already set to 0 in the options.txt !!! Changing it does not make a difference.
