If you're talking of the placed where you can't get out because you don't jump high enought(It must be there), try a little swim!

If you're in front of the snake monster and Savarok(is that his name?) just escaped after being transformed, you have to do the same so you can jump the wall too. After that, it's just a matter of finding where to go. As usual.
