    Good joke.
You know its hypocritical to say something like that.
If its true then I guess every @#%#@%ing FPS out there is a rehash.
I swear some of things ppl take in consideration on judging a game amaze me.
I stop here before my lighter goes on and u know what happens then..........

from my expereince. I am on Mission 5. I loved the single player and I mean it. I was shocked one time. I threw a bomb at one guard and I was not too far from him and he was facing me and you know what he kicked it back at me!!!!!! I was like ***. I hate throwing bombs at them because it never get to them unless I time it right they will actully run away from the bomb. I like the AI. Ofoucrse they are sometimes a little doggy but overall I am very pleased.

I really love it and it is cool. I really recommended and if it is reharshed I would say it is a good damn good reharsh one.

ganja, I guess all fps can be considered rehash's in one way or another, it just depends on who adds the most unique elements to make it stand out. RTCW is a bad rehash, because your suppose to take old content and make it into something new. other than the graphics, whats new? i dont know about you guys but i need more substance in my fps's.

    Thumbs down

I dunno... it was a good game, but the bad part for me was the plot, like at the end, after I was done, I felt like I wasted my time... ehhh oh well, multiplayer still rox

Its not neccesarily a bad thing that its just another rehashed FPS. At least its done well. Its also dumbed down too much. The levels are almost entirely linear. It has the obligatory sneak mission. With the gondola section I'd say it borrows a lot from NOLF. Like many FPS games you can carry some obsene arsenal of weapons everywhere without it even slowing you down. The only thing that the game really has going for it is high production quality. It doesn't add anything new to the FPS genre. At least Max Payne had bullet time. What was unique to RTCW?

I am into the sneak/think type of FPS's. This game does a good job of mixing a bit of sneaking/sniping with a lot of action. It was a good gaming experience but not one that I'll remember in a year.

If the game was two times as long then I wouldn't feel like I got robbed. As it is, I paid about $5 per hour of enjoyment that I got out of it.

So in my opinion the game had great gameplay, but was a horrible value, and added nothing new and unique to the genre. I would personally give it a 7/10 but only because it was fun to play.
