This is one of the reasons that Housen does not want personal info being posted. It is against the AUP and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm sure you are probalby not serious (or maybe you are) Mr. Freeze.

I totally agree with you, but its against the rules of the forum. I work hard for my money, and hearing about someone getting ripped pisses me off too. I want everything to get resolved too, but lets do it the right way.

    Thanks

I have taken off his personal name for now, eventhough, I feel that thieves should not be protected...what a society...I would probably bet that if I lived near Stratford and not in northern Canada my product would be here right now!

Anyway, Killer1nstinct does even have his own add for selling a kyro II card on this part of the forum.

P.S. People who are found ripping off others on forums should get the boot! Being on a forum should be a privelege for being in a group, not a shopping spree for ripping people off!

I have emailed the moderators of "classified buy and sell" about this issue. There are tons of people getting ripped off and I think that this practice will continue unless something starts to get done about this!

If there are users who have doubts about this whole issue, I can snap a shot of the actual shipping bill, etc...for proof...

    cheers,

    Joe Cimmarrusti

Before I let any more slander in my name go on, I feel I have the right to defend myself. I did have a deal with Joe on trading a 1.4gig TBird with his 1600XP processor. He sent first, and on the day of sending mine, my step-dad noticed that one of the pins on the bottom of the CPU (when he was boxing it) was laying on the bottom of the plastic, rolling freely around. I since sent 2 or 3 e-mails to Joe informing him that I couldnt send the processor off (2 of which bounced, one finally got through as well as a phone call with Joe) because I was going to RMA it with NewEgg since they are the people who I bought it from. Sent the 1.4 back to NewEgg, and in the mean time, I did receive the processor from Joe he had agreed to ship. However, almost a week later I talked with one of the managers at NewEgg and they were going to give me a 1600XP processor because my step-dad raised such a ruckus with one of the managers. When I found this out a couple of days later (we run on difference schedules, im in school during the day then work at night, he works midday to late night), I went to Mailboxes Etc; located just outside of the community I live in and did a return to sender on the package (it wasnt even opened). This was on the week of or around December 27th. I have a receipt from Mailboxes Etc; located around here somewhere (moved in the process) and will forward a copy of it to Joe. To anyone else who has traded with me on the forums (there have been a few) Im sure wouldn't hesitate to say that Im a good trader and honor my word.

I dont think that Mailboxes Ect would do a return to sender. They are a for profit shipping business not the post office. I hope that all you say is true and this gets resolved. I also hope that you learned a lesson. Things like this never go away if you ignore them, they always come back to bite you in the rear.

When I said return to sender, I did not mean literally written on the package 'Return To Sender' I mean I used the address it came from and that's where I sent it to. I do not like being thought of as a thief, scam artist, etc; You people have already ruined my reputation on these forums to the point where I'll probably never be able to do any respectable buisness on here. As I have stated, I sent his package back to him in late December.

You people who have responded to this thread talking **** about me really need to shut the **** up until you know the whole story, from BOTH sides. I have been a member of these forums for a long time, and have posted alot of messages, so this isnt a fly by night thing for me. I dont appreciate being degraded nor do I think if anyone else was in a simliar situation, and was honest just as I was, would appreciate it either.
