Man , A CLOSED DEAL IS A CLOSED DEAL ,...2 times happen that on trades the person shipped the item first and before i got the item i found a better deal and got the same videocard /HD @ better price but i still payed and respected the initial trade and i sold the original item @ lost.
The person send you a CPU one month before lust money because prices hawe changed also money on shipping and a lot of his personal time.
When you get an item from a person in a deal you must shipp back the exchange in the next 48 hours or send his CPU back + shipping $ + excuses and not one month later ,.. this is how a fair trade works.
