celeron2 L2 setting (help)

for some reson i can't change my celeron2 l2 setting

i have used my
MB bios --abit bxr 2.0
WCPUL2D.EXE Version 1.6 for DOS
and the othe one for windows too

oh and i was able to change my l2 on my celeron1 (500mhz)

i have a 600mhz now o/c-ed to 749mhz

yea i tryed that but it just fails the test when ever i hit the test botton...
