    Post New GF3 has no 3D

    I got the Morph GF3 today and slapped it in. No problems. What my problem is I have no 3D Accel. None at all. DXDIAG says that Direct3D accel is not available. WTH? I have tried the 1150, 1241, 1270 drivers with no change. If I try to use any 3d game I get a hard lock up. I put my GF1 back in and I have 3D. I don't get it.
    P3 933 OCed to 1027

    Hum? Try your system not OC see if that makes a difference. I am thinking that maybe the GF3 cant handle the OC but the GF1 can. Its just a shot in the dark but it might be worth a try.

    or... Maybe you need to break out that welder with 30 Volts and about 300 Amps.

    reload direct x 8 and glsetup.
    anandtech sucks,this is my opinion,my signiture has been changed because I was asked to,please don't visit anandtech!!

    I am going to reinstall DX 8.0a right now. I don't think I have ever installed glsetup. Unless something else did it.

    No go. I am going to E them and see what they say. The next step will probably be a return and a Raedon 8500

    You sure that card isnt having any IRQ conflicts with something else?

    I fixed the problem. I was OCed. The card doesn't like to be OCed at the BUS. I am going to leqave it at stock speeds until this weekens and then tinker with it and such. Thanks for all the help.
