3dmark2001se saying i dont have an mmx processor....

it wont even let me into the program because its saying that i need a processor with mmx support...whats up with that?

this is exact same message i got when i try to install se on my computer, i also have an asus mb. the way i solved this was to update bios.

i already have the latest update for my mobo, i just updated a tiny bit ago. i dont know what else i could do....

I got the same error when trying to run 3DMark2001SE in Windows 2000 but it ran just fine in Windows ME.

Yeah, I ran it before and after upgrading to the latest Radeon 8500 driver. Before I got 7705, after I got an error message that I need DirectX 8.1 to run the bench--like I haven't had it on there for months already!
