CD Burner burns, but then can't be read by other drive .. help!

I've burned a few disks using CDCLONE and made sure the session is closed. The disk is read by the LITE-ON 24x write drive no problem, but the disk can't be read by my other driver (or any drive).

    What is happening?? Help please!

    Thanks.

I was trying to make a backup of my Return to Castle Wolf w/CD Clone.

My other drive is about 2 years old, but worked fine when I burned the same disk w/my old CDRW.

Well try using better CD-R's bro. I mean its ok to use crap CD-R's since I do and they work 100% just fine and are easily overburnable but try not to use the crappiest of the crap CD-R's just because they are cheap lol dont make them a steal.

    Yea, I'm using TDK 700MB which are rated 32x. Good CDR's ... I'm using CD-CLONE.

I think it was just because of Castle Wolf and 24x write is too fast for that disk. I tried to copy my old Starcraft (god i loved that game) and it worked fine.

I had just built a new system and thought it was something w/the setup.

It may be that Clone CD can't handle the copy protection scheme used on that game.

That's a good idea, but CD Clone can handle it ... I used it once on my old drive and it worked fine (same CD).

I just reinstalled everything and will see if it works .. thanks!

Well tell us what you burned so we know if the protection scheme is the problem. SafeDisc 2.0 has a bunch of problems if you dont burn it a special way.
