need advice on what new mobo to get....

when ever my tax returns get here im definetly gonna get myself a new motherboard as the one i have sux. need some help in deciding which one to get. heres what i need in a mobo(sounds more like a gf lol):

-decently cheap, no over $100 bucks
-needs to support athlon xp chips
-needs both pc133 and DDR ram slots(i dont have money for DDR right now)
-needs to be really good for ocing cause im really into that whole thing
-in refrernce to above:needs to be able to fit most hsf
