IMO, Gainward is putting out the best GF cards, period. I have an original GF3 but I know CajnDave got one of these cards and he says it's a screamer.

Don't run with scissors!!
PNY GeForce3Ti200 is cheaper at $154. I recommend this for three reasons. It's black, it can overclock really well, and has a lifetime warrenty.

actually from what i heard, PNYs cant o/c for crap, but they are good cards for the price, i bet the gainward golden would smoke PNY Ti200 (stock of course), also, i forget, who makes the Ti200 with 3.8ns ram?

I have the exact same card in question... and it performs great. I'd still take a Leadtek over a PNY though. Gainward would still be my first pick and the 128 MB of RAM is well worth it for games with large amounts of textures such as Aquanox. I previously had the 64 MB version and I noticed quite a difference in the upgrade.
The best thing about the Ti-200 is that it can OC to Ti-500 speeds very easily. I'm not sure how the PNY having a black PCB makes it any better -- the Gainward is red which looks great but it's only a cosmetic difference.

The Gainward GF3 Ti200 64MB is $153 from newegg, it overclocks to insane numbers, my next choice would be Leadtek and I probably would have gotten a Leadtek provided they didn't bundle so much BS software to boost the price.

Word. I have the Gainward and it's running at 250/500 over the stock 175/400 ROCK SOLID. It's awesome. It is, however, a little twitchy with FSB overclocking. I could only get my P3's FSB up to 140 whereas my ELSA Gladiac 32 I could get to 153.
