I'm picking up a Leadtek Ti4400, and I saw some other thread saying that a fan across the back really helps. So I got creative
Took an old modem and unscrewed the circuit board. Then, got a peice of 1/16" plexiglass, and cut it to be about the same height as the old modem so that it would clear the bus slot and screw onto the slot cover. Cut a large round hole in the plexiglass and screwed an 80mm fan onto itWorks quite nicely. My motherboard has an AMR slot above the AGP slot, so I put my "fan card" there where it could blow down on the backside of the video card.
If anybody else wants to take the design even further, might I suggest cutting it so that the plexiglass fits into a slot. Mine only has the 2 screws on the slot cover holding it, and it sags downward slightly.
