Okay, the server is back up. I have had it off all day while I was fitting the waterblock. The waterblock is completely finished now including lapping the copper plate which took about 20 minutes with 1000 grit sandpaper. All of the brass fittings have been soldered together and the copper plate has been soldered on.
The block still has the heat dissipation of the ol' 8045 as it took about 10 minutes with the acetylene torch on full blast just to heat the block up enough to melt solder in an area about the a 1/4 inch large. Luckilly the solder flowed very nicely around the copper plate and made a very good connection. When I was finsihed, I filled it up with gas to get the flux residue out so it doesn't damage the system as it will be somewhat of a closed loop.
Its a very thing I was wearing safety goggles becasue I tried to pressure test the system with my air compressor before I emptied the gas out. I hit the trigger on the nozzle and gas came flying out all over my face!
The block seems to be watertight with no pressure, but I have yet to test it at more than a few PSI. Once I made up a test setup I will test it at 100 psi with my air compressor and water.
Even though I went to great lengths to make sure everything came out correct, once everything was done I noticed that it was soldered at a slightly different angle than before and now my power supply needs to be bumped up to allow the inlet to fit.
Anothner problem I am having is that my 3/8" inch compression fittings don't seem to fit onto my cube radiator from Danger Den which it seems to have 3/8 tubing. If anyone has some insight it would be very appreciated.
New pics will be added to my server every day or two and eventually the article I am writing on it which will be a few pages long will be up too. Please don't be suprised if the server is down as I will be constantly working on it, but normally it is on 24/7. It seems cablevision cares much less about how much I transfer than does tripod or Geocities.

Just a little bump, can someone verify that my site does or doesn't work. I think I might have had a port fowarding prob, so I put my server in the DMZ.

I still have YET to be able to log onto your page.
Through the site up again for me, because I've been known to do some pretty moronic things.
But, I haven't gotten to your site once.

Sorry, firt time webmaster. I can't seem to get my ports open through my router no matter how hard I try. I have my server in the DMZ and still can't do it.

Anothner news update: I just tested it at 100psi by hooking it up to my air compressor and putting it into a bucket of water. After about 10 hours at this pressure a pinhole leak popped up in the brass inlet. Time to get the torch back out!
