    Visiontek 4400 @ 300/635
    on a AMD 1.4GHz System

    Even with the system that I have I my avarage FPS was only 29.6

    Your doing good if your system can even run it.

    mine cant seem to create a vertex shader buffer
    I only have 448 megs of ram an the past problem i had(not solved just a few back) could also be the cause.

    Where do you see the score?

    I got an average of 29.1 FPS..

    If I'm looking at the score it says 3837. Seems too high...
