    ETA for Northwood b?

    Any one know when the 533MHz FSB P4's will be hitting the market.

    Also Would it be a waste to match that with the 333DDR, instead of the 1066 RDRAM? I am ready to buy a new system now and wondered if I should just wait.

    Northwood B processors are suppose to show up sometime in the middle of May.

    The motherboards with the 850e chipset which will support the 533MHz FSB will be around sometime at the end of this month (April). I'm not sure when PC1066 RDRAM will show up. I assume it will be around the same time as the motherboards.

    No it's not a waste to get A nortwood b cpu with DDR333.However noone can deny that pc1066 will provide more performance

    They'll be released in the same day.May the 15th i think
