    Yep, basically you use two pieces of scotch tape for each L1 bridge as a guide/wall until all bridges are connected.

    cool...now what exactly is the defogger repair kit for? And where could I get one...sorry for asking all these questions, but I'm trying to learn. Thanks for all the help so far.

    The defogger repair kit is the conductive material you can use to connect the L1 bridges. You can find some at PepBoys for $8. Good luck.
