    Nice Proc...

Decent MOBO, but can't OC with it, and it's been outdated with the advent of KT2366A chipsets

That's a low-end video card, not great for gaming, but should do fine

    Decent hard drive

It's fairly decent deal, nothing great, the major standout of the bunch is that 2100+ that is really nice....
    Main PC: MSI P965 Neo-F | nVidia geForce 7300GT | Intel C2D E6400 | 250GB SATA II WD Hard Drive | SB Audigy 2 Platinum | 8x DVD Burner| 2GB Corsair XMS DDR II 675 | Logitech z680's | Cordless MX Duo | Samsung 191T | (2) 19inch Rosewill 913E

    HTPC: Abit IC7 | ATI Radeon 9800 Pro | Intel P4c 2.8Ghz | 120GB WD SE | Chaintech AV-710| 4x DVD+RW | 1GB RAM | Onkyo 7.1 Speakers | TV Tuner | Rosewill Cordless KB and Mouse | 15 Inch LCD | Panasonic PT-L500U Projector | USB 2.0 Card Reader

Thanks for reply, I wanted to post the other night but it wouldnt let me found out today never got my email from them so put in diff email got it working ;p

Being that I was limited to a 500$ budget(gift) I couldnt get everything I wanted so I figured id skip building my own until I can get some money and put in what i want and still have nice cpu chip.

This is good to hold me off though, as far as O/C im not much into that as long as I can get 50+fps I what game I play im happy eye cant see but so much anyways. Mother board for price it goes for its really got some good reviews besides sound I hear isnt all that.

I will eventually put vidcard, then mboard, then mem most likly..As far as mother boards what are the best for gaming with XP chips?

Sadly I mostly play quake and (yes I know...)EQ so my system requirements are not to big right now although I love graphical game and when I can get a nice fast vid card Id prolly forget about all the game I mess with now, plus being on dialup pretty much limits you to certain things, who feels like downloading 100meg patches on dialup (notme).

Using a p1 for 7yrs kinda sucks got left behind by friends but computers where never really a big important thing to me although im adicted to them ;p so feels good to be out of the void eheh cant wait till UPS man comes a knocking. Getting so ready downloaded all hardware patches burnt them onto disk do I can get right to gaming when It comes (besides Installing OS).

talking out the *** again so Ill go lol, thanks see ya around

It seems a decent setup. You can play most of the current games
with nice framerates. If you need more power just upgrade the video card and give me your Geforce2 mx

I agree, that's a good system if you're not planning on overclocking. Also that video card needs an upgrade, if you're a hardcore gamer and if you are, I'd look into adding another 256MB of RAM. If you're not a gamer.. that system is just perfect for your needs.
